I like to call the guidance experience I had with Serenella such as an awareness trail. The work challenge I tackled a few years ago was to switch from a field of business to a very different one. At that time I got even opposite feelings; from one side a good confidence in myself after many successes and achieved targets at work and on the other side the fear of jumping from the cliff. The guidance work led by Serenella did dramatically supported me to focus on the opportunities – both evident and hidden behind – and to evaluate and balance related threats and benefits. She made me actually a lot of questions, taking out from myself (likewise Socrate taught in the ancient Greece) the answers helping to better understand what I had been seeking after for myself and my future. Yes, in my opinion the key-factor were the questions I was made by Serenella and the answers I gave, leading me to the higher level of self-awareness. After each coaching session I realized in fact that I was really building up my own house, brick after brick. I also figured out that it was happening to me – even in good faith – to underestimate the risks relevant to my job’s or carreer’s change. So I learned how to do that step and how to gain even more than what I initially expected. I would definitely recommend it and experience once more.
